Our extended warranty plans are as follows:

6 months	1 year	2 years	3 years

All custom built towers come with a 60 day warranty and you may purchase an extended warranty any time during that 60 day period.

Our extended warranties cover all hardware in your machine at the time of purchase. Should any of the hardware fail within the warranty period, we will replace it at no cost to you for parts & labor associated with the repair.

The Fine Print:

Warranties do NOT include the following:

a.) Software “glitches”
b.) Software setup
c.) Virus infections
d.) Misuse, abuse, or neglect

Removal of warranty stickers voids any and all warranties. Customer must contact LCC regarding warranty repairs within warranty period for repairs to qualify under warranty. Repairs covered under warranty are begun immediately and given top priority. Warranties apply to In-House labor only. On-site labor is not included with your extended warranty. The machine must be brought to Longview Computer Center at 2161 Gilmer Rd in Longview, TX.
